We\u2019re no longer recruiting exclusively via partnerships with federally qualified health clinics.&nbsp;We are now&nbsp;raising our brand awareness,&nbsp;building community connections, and&nbsp;expanding our footprint with providers, health systems, and advocacy groups. Every individual we serve further motivates us in our daily work. Many of you have walked (or run!) with us along the way, and we\u2019re grateful for your collaboration. Key highlights include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Building our presence on social<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re ramping up our social channels to further connect with and engage the T1D community. A sincere thanks and welcome to those who have joined our community already!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Collaborating with T1D community leaders<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re proud to have established partnerships with <strong>Beyond Type 1<\/strong>, a patient advocacy group, and <strong>Sunshine Health<\/strong>, a Medicaid health plan, who are sharing information about our program with their members in Florida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One example of these partnerships in action is Beyond Type 1\u2019s&nbsp;Community Table&nbsp;featuring our own Dr. Monica Gomberg about \u201cFinding the Right Endo.\u201d You can watch it&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=ysg-60aST7Q\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>, in case you missed it! We&nbsp;have several other exciting partnerships with like-minded leaders in development to support the T1D community. If you\u2019re interested in discussing a potential collaboration, we\u2019d love to hear from you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Supporting providers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re reaching out to clinics and health systems across Florida to introduce Blue Circle Health as an extension of their care teams for people with T1D.&nbsp;To date, patients have been referred from nearly 70 clinics across the state &#8211; from coast to coast and from the panhandle to the Keys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Adding expertise<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re&nbsp;also thrilled to share that Michael A. Harris, PhD (Oregon Health &amp; Science University) has joined our esteemed group of advisors. We owe a special thanks to these experts, who have been instrumental in the design of our program.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Empowering people with T1D<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are&nbsp;<strong>193&nbsp;people currently enrolled<\/strong>&nbsp;in our program. 47 participants are now&nbsp;<strong>Full Circle<\/strong>.&nbsp;Each person\u2019s individual care plan is tailored to their unique needs, and a participant becomes Full Circle once they have completed their personalized program.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Supporting an individual through our program is humbling and rewarding, and hearing feedback about the impact of our work is incredibly motivating.&nbsp; In the words of Natalia, &#8220;With Blue Circle Health, my diabetes doesn&#8217;t control me anymore.&#8221; You can watch her testimonial&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=2SKorRM6sso&amp;t=6s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank you, everyone, for your ongoing support and for helping us raise awareness!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Leonard D&#8217;Avolio, PhD<\/strong><br>CEO, Blue Circle Health<br>Asst.
