Webinar – Advocacy Made Simple: An Introduction to Diabetes Advocacy with DPAC
Do you have questions like: How do policies get made? Does my voice matter? What can I do that actually makes a difference? Join Blue Circle Health for a practical conversation with Erin Callahan (COO) and Jake Johnston (Board Member) from the Diabetes Patient Advocacy Coalition (DPAC) to simplify diabetes advocacy and show how anyone can get involved — no prior experience needed.

In this session, we’ll:
* Introduce DPAC and explain what advocacy really is and why it matters for people with T1D.
* Break down how advocacy can be simple and actionable, even if you’ve never contacted a policymaker.
* Highlight resources to help you stay informed about policy changes that affect access to care, medications, devices, and affordability.
* Share real strategies for staying engaged at the local and national level — from a few minutes a day to deeper involvement.

Whether you’re curious about how advocacy fits into everyday life or ready to raise your voice for change, this webinar will give you clear steps to start contributing in ways that fit your life.
