In this webinar, we’ll break down your rights, explain how to ask for accommodations, and share resources from the American Diabetes Association to help you advocate for yourself.

Cooking with BCH: Migas and Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Join Rita Rubin, a diabetes educator and registered dietitian, as she teaches you how to prepare two simple stovetop meals for summer: Migas (eggs, veggies, chips) and Chicken Lettuce Wraps. Recipes are shared with everyone as Rita demonstrates each dish. Attendees vote on next month’s recipes.
